    When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.   • Shipping & Delivery

  • If you reside in the contiguous United States, your package will take 1-3 days to be delivered. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and international destinations will usually arrive within 4-10 days.

    All merchandise ships from Webster, New York via standard or flat rate USPS Priority Mail. Because transit time is the same for both standard and flat rate service, please select the least expensive method for your location. Shipping charges are noted at checkout.

    When you order extra manuals for delivery within the United States, we recommend USPS Media Mail as your most economical shipping option. Media Mail is shipped at a flat rate of $3.50 to anywhere in the U.S. and usually takes 4-8 days to be delivered.


  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for details.


  • Sales Tax

  • We are required to charge sales tax on all merchandise shipped to locations within New York State.


  • Return Policy

  • We want you to be satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

    Note that prior approval and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) are required to return a product. Please use the "Contact Us" page to request an RMA number. Prompt credit will be issued for all pre-authorized returns when they arrive back at our warehouse.

    Damaged or defective products must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date for credit or replacement at our discretion.
